Existing Cell c client port number to mini sim

I received my Samsung S4 mini yesterday via courier yesterday 12 November 2013.
I followed procedure and called into the number provided as i need to have my number ported over to the new mini sim card
I called twice before getting thru. On those two occasions prior i waited no less than 15 minutes on both occasions and on BOTH occasions my call was picked up and then dropped.!!
i spoke with a gentleman who did my security check, gave me a reference number and told me someone from the relevant department would call back within the next 4 hours.
THAT WAS YESTERDAY
So this morning i attempted to sms thru my porting query - which failed. I phoned the number directed and spoke to Bonge, who was helpful and apologised for the lag time. She however could do no more than forward my reference number thru to the porting department again> as urgent.
She said there would be a waiting period of 2 hours.
THAT WAS JUST BEFORE 9 AM TODAY

I would like to use my new phone for business purposes and find it unacceptable in this day and age to wait any longer than is initially told me by the agent, whom i presume has some type of apparatus that discloses queuing and estimated time lag
