Reversal funds not payed

I made a purchase on the 17 Dec 2013. The transaction was declined and my money was taken off my account. I told the store manager and he gave me proof that the transaction didn't go through. I must go to the bank to tell them. I went to the bank on the 19 Dec 2013. They made me fill a reversal fund form. And the Lady at Irene branch told me it will be in after 5 days. On Monday 30 Dec 2013 I call fnb. On Lady was not even interested to help. She told me you money will be reversed after 5 working days. Then I called again a lady help went into my account and told me that the reversal department have to release the money and if is not reversed I should call in. I know I have to but that's another time for me to wait on their line to only be help after 15 min or even 20 min. I mean if you owe the bank, they don't hesitate to send you sms's, call you 20 times and tell you that the going to put charges for their calls. Fnb please keep your promises to your customer. I want my money. Today is the 2nd of Jan 2014.
