I requested a port reversal from mtn back to cellc. It was successful however I'm continually told to activate my number in store but on the stores system the number is not on the network. The porting department does not seem to understand this and continuously sends me to the store who are helpless. The porting department does not have a clue of what is going on since 8august when the reversal was complete. I am without my number and despite escalating the problem several times with ref no given no feedback after 5 working days
