Ectifying a wrong spelt street name

I went to vodacom 4u in carlton centre - to get my street name address rectified on the system .i went to a lady by the name of Lungile Ngwenya who proudly asked me where did i get my contract from (am i that stupid to go to vodacom if i have a mtn contract?) and she couldn't help me with my request - i asked her if she is sure that she cant help me and she said yes - the reason i wanted to change that is because i wanted to go change my address with my bank and we all know that they want proof of address went to vodacom cos they the only people i am getting mails from and you get someone like her -that didn't even try to ask the people she work with for help if she wasn't sure - i mean just to show me that she is trying to help - the only thing she said was i have to go to vodacom - which vodacom? what type of service is that? she didn't ask me for my id nor my cell phone numbers nothing to see what i am talking about -couldn't she phone someone above her or whatever just to show that she is trying to help? and she has the i don't care attitude. I have been on vodacom contract for long and i never had any problems with them and to see someone acting like is his fathers shop
