Vodacom to me so i can do an upgrade

I was due for an upgrade but I wasn't ready and wanted to wait. On 20 November 2013 I received a call from Vodacom. This guy persuaded me to change my contract for a while based on these
1. I will pay R49 per month and receive R100 airtime
2. I will be able to change the contract and take the phone I want whenever

The month ended and I only received R49 airtime. My bis was already disconnected even before month end. He didn't warn me about this and I lost a lot of business trying to figure out what's happening.
On inquiring I was told that that guy to me, I could not believe this because changes did happen on my account which proves that the guy really works for Vodacom so I am not sure if that is Vodacom's way of making business.

Then I decided to change my phone so I can go back to the package I was in which I had no issues with.
I was told that I cannot get a new phone until the yr. 2015. THIS JUST SENDS ME OFF!!!
I have been a Vodacom customer for as long as I have contract phones... it a long time!!! I cannot even begin to describe the way I feel right now!
