I have had no voice line for 2 months and different excuses with managers promising to phone me back and nothing happening. I was first told it would be sorted out by the 24th, then the 27th of June, then that was pushed back to the 7th of July. My next call they had no idea what I was talking about and told me that the cables in my area had been. Weird considering I still have internet.
A technician was meant to be sent - still waiting. Is this your idea of convergence? You cant even handle voice lines. No wonder everyone hates Telkom!
