I got sms from autopage asking if i wanted to upgrade as it was due i took them up on it and spent nearly a hour on the phone with there upgrade centre while they checked stock etc etc after i asked can i come and collect he upgrade so they said it would be better if they delivered a couple days later i called to ask how long it would take to get this item they then told me there is no stock of the item i wanted so i said why did they make a point of checking this when i called also why did nobody notify me anyway i said please let me know when this item will be available i am still waiting for them to call i eventually emailed no response i then called again customer service after telling them they said no i must call upgrades but while this was going on i got sms to say my contract was extended for another 28 the trouble with these companies is that the people at top never get to see customer complaints and lower level people dont care recipe for bad run company
