On 21/12/13 i upgraded
I was told that my phone would be delivered before 25/12/13.
Got all the sms's to confirm delivery 24/12/13.
Contacted Ram Couriers 24/12/13 with ref on delivery - The delivery address was wrong.
Contacted Vodacom - Address wrong on their system??? - This contract has been running since 2011 and my address changed overnight with no record of change???
I have not found a Company that could give me a run-around like Vodacom.
I must have spoken to 8 people at the call centre and the Manager at Menlynn Customer Care. What a waste of good time.
I will tell everybody about my bad experience.
