Vodacom
Out o f box failure

Bought a Alcatel Tablet from vodacom took it home had dead pixels on screen .took it back to vodacom they saidthey could not replace it but would fix it. So I fetch it from them a week later but the pixels are still dead. I don't understand why it couldn't be replaced. Can someone please assist me. Job number 8992766
