EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE INCLUDING DEAD DEVICE

First day I used the S4 mini on Vodacom contract device died. Was a DEAD DEVICE. I went back to the store early the next morning, - Tuesday 24 September 2013, to return the phone. I was informed that they could not give me a new device and that they had to send the phone to the repair centre for an authorisation code- it is in accordance with your policies and procedures, which I, signed for. I believe that I signed a contract and that Vodacom has a responsibility to give me a working device. After delays and Vodacom not sending the phone to the repair centre when they said they would I received a new device. I dropped this device a week ago, LCD was replace at SAMSUNG store. Phone was returned with loose ends. Vodafone protect was activated. Could not remove. Number on screen was 082911 (NETCARE AMBULANCE NUMBER). UNACCEPTABLE.I spoke to around 20 vodacom call centre staff. Nobody returned my calls. Staff put phone down as i was talking. I am disgusted as no one could help me remove Vodafone protect with a password. I had to take to repair centre. They did software update. IME number was removed. I need a new device. Vodacom needs senior management to arrange this URGENTLY.
