Blackberry 9900 Repair Issue

Hi

I am a very unsatisfied VODACOM and Blackberry customer. Four weeks ago my Blackberry 9900 developed technical problem. My phone would just power itself off and I would need to remove the battery to get the thing going again. I took the handset to the HI-Cell branch in Secunda where I originally got it and it was sent away for repairs, the phone came back but nothing was done to fix the problem. I got in contact with Rashieda Jattiem from Vodacom and she suggested that I send the phone in again. She was not very helpful. I took the phone to VODASHOP in secunda and they sent it away again (job number 8659333). They replaced my handset with a refurbished unit but guess what? The refurbished unit had dead pixels on the screen. I took it back to VODASHOP and they sent it away again (job number 8694076).

I cannot begin to explain how frustrated and let down I feel at a company that used to be great!!
Can someone just sort out my problem. I don't see why a loyal customer like myself need to wait six weeks for a something that needs to only take a couple of days.
