I AM DISGUSTED!!!

After lodging a complaint against Vodacom last week, we still have no resolution. Vodacom refuses to accept any liability for cancelling our contract without permission, losing an airtime balance of approx R600 and deleting my dead mother-in-laws voicemail which is now irretrievable!!! Instead, a fool of a man SIMON who interrupts constantly on the phone, tells me that he doesn't agree with us wanting to keep a contract to be able to hear my mom-in-law's voice! SHE IS DEAD!! We are desperate to hear it! VODACOM took it away!!! I cannot believe how cruel and insensitive Vodacom is being! WOW! Charge us R800 for cancelling a contract which we NEVER agreed to! Vodacom is forcing us to reconnect... for what now??? The voicemail has been deleted by VODACOM!! Simon is useless - and if Vodacom is using him to 'amicably' resolve complaints, Vodacom has a long way to go!!
