I'm trying to take out a tablet contract with 8ta and have done applied and been approved. After being told initially that there was stock of the Samsung Tab 2 10.1 inch when taking out the contract, when I was approved I was told that they didn't have stock and they didn't know when they were going to get stock, but thought it'd be during the coming week. Needless to say they didn't contact me to tell me that it was/wasn't ready for collection and when I did eventually go in, they still didn't know when stock was coming in but was assured that they would phone and follow up with their suppliers to try find out when stock was coming in and get back to me. This wasn't done.
I fully understand that if there is no stock, there is no stock, but how can you justify not knowing when stock will come in and just leaving a customer completely in the dark? If this is the type of service I receive when you are trying to entice me to sign up, I shudder to think what the service will be like if you have me in a 2 year contract and I have a complaint.
