There is a dead pixel on the screen, about a half ruler length away from a scratch on the screen.
This company claims that there are dead pixels behind the scratch and "void" the warranty. Which is utter trash because you can still see the image of what ever you're watching behind the scratch.
They charge more than half the price of the tv to repair the scratch and BECAUSE they have to replace the whole unit for a dead pixel that only shows up on the HDMI Output, they'd rather not honor their commitment and use a to get out of repairing the television unit.
Such a scumbag company.
