Blackberry Z10 NOT REPAIR AT ALL

I did receive a Blackberry Z10 at 01 June 2013 from Vodacom Klerksdorp. During Desember 2013 the phone switch it self off although the battery is not flat Each and every time I do have to switch it on again to start working. When you do have a look the phone is dead again and you do have to start the whole process from the beginning. At 31 December 2013 the phone went dead and do not switch on at all. On 3 Januarie I took the phone to Vodacom. They send it to Vodacom headoffice to get fixed. Only today 23 January 2014 they phone me and told me my phone is fixed and I may come and fetch it. First my phone did have a screen protector on, now it is gone. They even told me to phone Vodacom Potchefstroom. I am sorry because I hand it in at Klerksdorp Vodacom it is their responsibility to make sure I receive everything back. It did not happen. MY phone is now on charge for 1 hour and it still did not switch on. That show me NOBODY EVEN test the phone and make sure it work properly. I DO believe the did not fix my phone and send it back to me without the screen protector to Look as if they work in it. EVEN my cover at the back was not properly put back.
