Last December, the screen on my blackberry went dead, took it for repairs (phone was a year old) and was told no warranty. Paid just over a R1000 to get the screen replaced, 5 months down the line... same problem has occurred. Went to Vodacom and was told that I need to pay another R1000 to repair again..IS THIS A RIP OFF? Vodacom has no idea what customer service/satisfaction is... where to from here!
