I upgraded my phone at the End of may. The phone kept sitting on emergency calls but I didn't pay this much attention, as I don't use my phone much until I am out of the office. I then went on holiday and could not make a call or send a text! When I returned I called Vodacom call centre and was told its not within the 7 days so I must sort it out. After various phone calls it was obvious Vodacom would not assist so I arranged for the phone to be taken to a repair centre, 2 weeks later I get the phone back, but now when it goes onto emergency calls its shuts down and then I receive texts from 3 weeks ago - the same texts over and over. I call Vodacom and am told to call upgrades I do and am told I can pay to get out of my contract prematurely. I don't want to see this phone again I am fed up. Instead of solving my problems they have to update my details incl my home number I wait till tues then call, after a lot of complaining I get a manager he calls me back and leaves a message saying someone will call me in 24 hrs its been escalated. I am still waiting & have called twice since and spoken to another manager.
