DO NOT PHONE ME

Dear Vodacom,

In January this year I signed up on "opt-out" so that I do not receive spam phone calls. and everyone else has stopped calling me but you.

I have been getting numerous calls from "vodacom" and if they are not vodacom, then vodacom gave them my details. because they have the type of contract I am on, my personal details etc. I find these calls VERY ANNOYING! I mean if I want a new phone, I will go to vodacom personally. I do not want to be phoned 20 times a day everyday by someone trying to sell me a cell phone and especially not after I went through the trouble of listing myself as someone who DOES NOT want to be contacted.

Please do not harass me, do not phone me, do not invade my space. If I owed you money, fine call me because I owe you, but I have a top up contract that I pay religiously every month, so until I am in arrears do not phone me!!! I don't want to hear about your wonderful deals. I don't want to constantly remind your call centre agents that they called me the previous day and that I haven't changed my mind and I am still not interested in migrating my contract. I don't want any sales person to call me!!! I have had enough of your calls!
