Hi PLEASE HELP!!! So this is my story...
i have a white blackberry torch, my scrolling button started giving me problems, so i took my phone to vodacom repairs centre in Menlyn park shopping centre. The lady helped me and said they will contact me as soon as my phone is fixed. a week later they text me saying that my phone is ready for collection. i went to collect my phone, they went searching for it in the back, .an hour later the lady returned and said "we are very sorry but we cant seem to find your phone." she said they may have sent it back to repair, so they will give me a "loan phone"to lend in the mean time. Two weeks later they text me again saying my phone is ready for collection, when i came there i waited 30min for them to say that they are sorry but my phone is missing they had maybe given my phone to another customer as a loan phone! they told me they would call me when my new phone is there. the next week they called for my phone's collection. i arrived, and still no phone. i contacted head office again and they said they will call me the next week for a new phone, and i still haven't received any phone call this is going on for a month and a half now!! please help me!
