Good day

I'm so off with vodacom I always been using mtn network so decided to try and switch to vodacom I took out a vodacom contract cell phone my cotract said r200 a month that's including the BIS bt if I make phone calls out that I will pay extra for that's a cost beside the r200 a month I totaly nderstand that but now after took the contract I did not make much phone calls from my simcard but my bill seem to be so high I called vodacom call centre and asked what's causing all of this charges the lady told me that something was not activated on my phone which at time of purchase they were suppose to explain and activate it so all people that call me on my cell it just show private number and when someone phone me they charge me r10 for incoming calls not even outgoing calls that's so weird cause never did I hear that you will be charged for getting incoming calls I was so cause if I knew I would never ever have taken this cell phone with vodacom so dissapointed with their services and not explaining to me this angry customer will never recommend anyone to vodacom
