Bad naming, billing and no refunds

Ive since lodged a complaint through vodacom to stop billing me for a modem i dont have ever since may 2013... This hasnt stopped until today receiving statements statements and credit notes of me owing them, ever since i ordered a modem in February 2013 I have never received, Vodacom has billed without confirmation of me receiving it, charged me extra interests or whatever it is on a monthly basis even after they told me they were going to resolve and investigate why i was being billed for something i dont have... My payments have also returned cos they have been deducting what was not being allocated for them and some months i have been paying manually because they kept locking my cellphone contract... I also noted even for that month i was also billed for the modem... Iv had to pay bank charges and returns cos of this mess and now they keep sending me statements of monies that they have being me of ever since...
