I upgraded my 3G contract (2GB @ R149) with a wifi modem on 5August2012 that would be effective on the 1September2012. on the 12August i saw an advert for (3GB package @ R179) with the same modem, i called Vodacom asking if I could move to that package instead. The consultant advised that she will have to find out as It may be at an extra cost. I told her if the move would be at no cost, i would be interested in moving to a 3GB package. She called me back saying its fine, they can move me at no extra cost for R179 per month. Septembers statement reflect R199, i went to the vodashop and they logged a call with vodacom, vodacom said they will give me a credit note and rectify as the special had the same modem for free on both packages. October I got billed R199 again, went back to vodashop and they said I need to speak to vodacom direct as they did not use the correct process in making the move and it is their problem. I spoke to vodacom direct and they said they will recitfy. November I got billed R199. Called vodacom again, same story they will rectify, December paying R199 AGAIN. I can't believe Vodacom, the so called leading company is Such a mess!!! What more do I do???
