I have signed up for a contract for a Laptop and a Modem for R199.00 per month according to your Salesman, this contract has been opened in the month of January 2013 and since then I have been billed to the amounts of R649.75 and R651.68 for the months of February and March 2013.
The customer services agent the I have spoken too advised me that there were downloads done on the modem which has been identified as incorrect, however was still charged.
I was advised that I would be given a credit due to the incorrect amount that was charged (text message was received), however I was still charged R649.75 (the amount I was billed for) and no credit on my invoice was received.
On the 22nd of February 2013, I called your Contact Centre and requested that I put a limit on my account and only pay the subscription fee, however I have still been charged over that amount and been unable to utilize the internet!
I have contacted the Call Centre on numerous times and put a limit on the usage of the modem and have been billed more than the initial amount still, no contact since!!!
