Im very off with cellc, there call centre agents are incompent, ive made a case a week ago an yet it hasnt been resolved, every second day i get a call from a agent telling me my account is in arears but ive sent through proof of payment numerous times, how many times must i send the documents through to the accounts department? an to top it all off all my 5 lines have been cut due to incompetent staff, im seriously concidering canceling all my contracts with cellc because i dont need the inconveince from a network provide
