In February 2013, I was contacted by a company called Rewards which offered me a Vodacom data contract (WI-FI modem router and 500 Mb data per month), the modem was delivered, I decided to cancel the contract and did so within 14 days from taking up the contract, I did not open the modem and it was still in it's original packaging.
The modem was finally after 2 months collected by RAM hand-to-hand couriers, even though the modem was collected the data contract was still included on my invoice three months later.
I have made more than 10 phone calls to Vodacom to sort out this incompetent-admin-passing-the-buck process, and must say I am not impressed, I am actually considering not to renew my contract with Vodacom at the end of November 2013.
