Billed wrongly by MTN

I bought a laptop on a contract which came with modem that offeres 75MB per month which allow me to use data even if the 75MB is finished. Took contract 2011, I never had a problem with MTN till 2 past months. End of september I was billed R 812.28 for 21/06/13 to 20/07/2013. I phoned and complained that I was over charged since I didn't use my whole data, then I was told my complaint will be looked at, and I was given ref no: 104638709, then end of October 2013 Mtn debited amount of R 3199. 00, I went to the bank to reverse the debit. Then went to Hartbeespoort Mtn to complain. I was told that my complaint will be looked at and they wil get back to me within 7 working days, and I was given this number as ref no: usd 2861006. I checked with them after 7 days, but I was told they are offline, but they will get back to me. Today 26/11/13 I get sms that amount of R3606.15 will be debited on the 29/11/13. No explanation given. MTN is billing me wrongly because they haven't given me info how did their billing reach that level. I'm surprised because I have not been using the modem. And last time I used it, I never got notice that my data is finished, and the modem don't show balance.
