Vodacom Over Billed me twice

Vodacom charged me over the agreed amount of R99 and R50 if I exceed the 500mb. The first time theY took R114 three times in a row for the month of July and now in October they billed me R362 and this makes me so feed-up because they continually leave my account on a minus which fnb charge another R135 for this, so word of advise VODACOM DONT TAKE UP A CONTRACT WITH THEM THEY WILL MESS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT, BILLING AS THEY PLEASE. I EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH THEM AND NOTHING WAS DONE INSTEAD THEY EXPLAIN A PROCESS WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. THESE GUYS GET A ZERO OUT OF TEN FROM ME. CANT WAIT FOR THEY MODEM CONTRACT TO EXPIRE.
