An account was opened in my name last year. I contacted Vodacom in January and I was requested to forward an affidavit and a copy of my ID document to a number that they provided to me. I then sent the details on the 23rd of January 2013. Up until today, six months later, the matter has not been resolved. Ive been listed and handed over and have defaults on my credit record. It impossible for me to get credit anywhere due to this account.
When I make follow ups, I get different people asking me to re-send my affidavit every time. Im am really getting mad now because it shows that this matter is not being addressed and I have to now bear the consequences of this account and they (Vodacom) couldn't care less. Ive wasted so much on endless calls with them to a point that I do not know what to do anymore.
