Vodacom debting my bank account

Hello 3months ago I discovered that Vodacom has been debting my bank account, on discovery I enquired why were they debting my account, since they not my service provider and I dont have anything from them, I was told I had two contracts with them which I had no knowledge of, they adviced me to send my bank statement, police affidavit, my ID Copy for them to investigate the matter, Vodacom has never contacted me on their progress with investigations and when I call to inquire Im always told the investigation is still pending. They seem to be doing nothing at all about it, Im worried about my name, my credit status as well as the amount that was deducted from my account. Please help me, I need clearance from Vodacom on this matter.
