I cancelled my contract with Vodacom prematurely (with a couple of weeks) at the end of May. I paid all outstanding fees, including the cancellation fee on the 30th of May.By the 1st of June I was already with a different service provider. First week of June I received an invoice from Vodacom for June! I sent a customer complaint on the website indicating that I should not have received the invoice, I also requested that NO money be taken from me. The only response I received was that I have not been authenticated as a client. On the 3rd of June they DID debit order money from my account. Now I have to fight the battle to get the money back. Worst of all - now first week of July I get an account AGAIN!!! So they cannot authenticate me as a client and solve my complaints, but the CAN send me invoices and take money from me. This is SHOCKING!!! I demand that my money is paid back - with interest!
