I took a contract with voda two years ago I called your cancellation centre mid may to cancel and get my gap money back and was told to call back on the 30th of may to cancel and claim my money back. Which I did call on the 30th of may @ 8:30 am n was told it was cancelled then was transfered to the accounts department. Were I was told dat the is gonna be transfered to from my gap account to my bank account n it would take 7 to 14 days to be refunded to my bank account which never did still waiting then I called on the 18th of june @ 8:30 were I spoke with Lebo @ account department to find out why is the refund taking so long. Was o need to wait another 7 to 14 days to be refunded n told me dat to cancel the contract first so she transferred me to cancellation department were I spoke to tsholofelo telling me dat I must give a month notice on my contract which. I payed my last installement on 2th of june were I called to cancelled my contract on the 30th n she told me contract only ending in july. I just my want my money back. My details are as follows
