Cancellation Request of my account

I send a mail to Vodacom last month, requesting them to cancel my contract on nr 0763909161. Then they let me know, that I need to send a copy of my ID with the 20 days notice cancellations letter, WHICH I DID ON THE 9th of May. Today, when I contacted Vodacom, nobody knows about it and the lady on the phone says, she cannot cancel my contract on the 3rd of June, as I requested, she can only do it for the end of June. I said to her, I want nothing to do with Vodacom, so she must CANCELL THIS NR ON THE 3RD OF JUNE. She said the can only do it for 30 June 2013. So I put the phone down in her ears, because if you cannot understand what I requested, and cannot do your job, why are you sitting there. So please, CANCELL MY ACCOUNT FOR nr 0763909161 on the 3RD of JUNE 2013. I know, I will still have a debit order for end of June, which is fine - I JUST WANT THE CONTRACT CANCELLED!!! PLEASE, CONFIRM THIS TO ME
