Wrong Tax Invoice

I have never in my life experience such poor service in my life. On the 24 June 2013 01:25 PM I send email to [Email Removed] querying about tax invoice for company cellphone, i followed up on 27 June 2013 04:05 PM still there was no response i escalated the matter to Willy Bissell | Manager- Operations: Supplier Services Management on 05 July 2013 12:49 PM Willy requested my June tax invoice i send it to him he then forwarded my query to VGE ABSA on 08 July 2013 09:15 AM [Email Removed] send the email to [Email Removed] i followed up again with Willy, Willy followed up with supplier (Vodacom) here is the response from Lizelle:

I have updated our system the 20th June so both should read the same now.

It all depends when the name change was send through and when the user received the Invoice, The invoice dated 03072013 will be correct.

I feel deceived because All tax invoice send to me were all wrong I therefor demand my money back Why em I overcharge because of gross negligence of Vodacom for not updating the system.
