On 11 April 2013 we did an upgrade at Vodashop, Highveld Mall. Together with the upgrade we also did a migration from Top Up 315 to a MyGig1 (R379). In June we only realised that they are billing us for a Top Up 315 (R315) plus R310 Handset finance. We went to Vodashop and the one lady told us we don't have to worry, it will be fine 1 July. July came and it was still not right. We went back to Vodashop and this time another lady helped us and she called the call centre to ask whats going on. The call centre said they'll call us back in 24 hours. Now it is 8 days later! Yesterday we went to Vodashop again and this time we found out that SOMEONE cancelled the migration! Why?! Now they are busy investigating and we are still paying much more that what we signed for. How long will this take? Its 3 months already! Some of the ladies at Vodashop really tried to help (thank you) but it seems like we just reach a dead end each time we call the Call Centre! Today I spoke with a George Seleka at the Call Centre and he promised he'll call me back...
