So its been a few weeks now since ive logged a complaint with Vodacom via their facebook page. they told me to send the complaint to an email address they provided and I did so. I then got some stupid automated reply saying that they will be getting back to me, Yet im still waiting to hear from them. the complaint is with regards to a contract and all the hidden costs and things you cant do and can do with the contract. Also the bad customer service received when trying to voice my complaints. Vodacom is the worst provider. They do not care about their customers and quite frankly why would they if all they care about is taking clients money and that's that. I have been a Vodacom client for many years and am very happy to move to a different service provider cause Vodacom, quite frankly you. I am not prepared to pay any cancellation fees and all that due to the fact that you have already provided me with false info and a contract which actually. Just want people to see that its not only them getting terrible customer service. Vodacom!
