On 29th of May 2013 I took out a contract with ADT Security. The sales person Kevin Pillay told me as soon as I pay the money for the remote radio and remotes, they will link me up and I will be monitored with them. The same day I paid R 1292.07. Two days gone by with no word of them. The 30th of May I phoned Kevin, no he didn't say anything it will take 5 to 7 days to be linked up. On the 18th of June I still heard nothing so I cancelled the contract via mail with Kevin, he ignored me. On the 19th of June I've send the mail again and asked for my money to be transferred back into my account. Both mails he did received because he send me read recepients. Friday 21st of June I phoned the call centre, I spoke to Mpho and said I cancelled the contract she said the money will be transferred into my account on 28th of June. Surprisingly the money was not transferred but THEY TOOK R 210.00 for a radio that was NEVER INSTALLED!!! WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT MONEY???
