Two months ago I did an upgrade which went rotten!! - I had to pay in some R3000.00 for a phone only! I cancelled this. Then about two weeks ago I did an upgrade again, thought that this time, maybe, just maybe Vodacom would've cleaned up their act! Surprise surprise!!! Even worse! I asked the lady for a quotation which she send, that when I take out this contract there is no money due and the handset will be incluced for R89.00 per month for the duration of the contract! Received an invoice for R4969 that I have to pay for the phone! Logged service request for the debit not to go off because i WILL NOT pay that amount! The took my money from the bank, I reversed it! Now, this is great!! I have to phone everyday for the past week, nobody can help me. Nobody phones back, NOTHING!!! What is happening to Vodacom? They can't just do this. I'm sure that this contract will be cancelled as well because there is no customer service and nobody is willing to help! I mean, really, why do they give quotations if that is not even going to help because Vodacom just take your money! I am really PD off with Vodacom! Really! This is the last of it!!!
