I have still not received a response to my query logged on the 29 May with mtn regarding my data usage, i query this account every week, and every week i have to explain to another what what my query relates to i have to re log my query and receive another reference number to which i receive no response at all from mtn.
my entire account is now suspended because i refuse to pay them unless they advise me for what they are billing me, as the dates of the billing my account was suspended, and could not make any calls or use Internet.
they need to advise me what websites i was on and what was downloaded, as this is a business phone and i don't use my phone for that type pf usage.
