RERVESAL OF AN UPGRADE

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM SINCE 2006 AND I WAS DUE FOR UPGRADE AND I MADE A WRONG CHOICE FOR A PACKAGE THAT I CAN'T AFFORD. I WAS PAYING R588 AND GETTING R500 AIRTIME AND BIS, SO I WENT FOR AN UPGRADE FOR A Q10 PHONE AND BY THE TIME I TOOK IT I HAD R148 IN MY ACCOUNT AND DUE TO UPDATES IT CHOWED EVERYTHING, I REPORTED THE MATTER AND ADVISED TO BUY BUNDLES WHICH MADE NO DIFFERENCE. I RETURNED A PHONE WITHIN 7 DAYS BECAUSE THIS PACKAGE GIVES ME R315 BUT WOULD BE PAYING R529 AND BUNDLES SO THAT MEANS I WOULD END UP PAYING R1000 FOR A PHONE BECAUSE I'M USING MORE THAN R500 AIRTIME A MONTH. THIS THING HAS GOT ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DONT HAVE AND THEY DONT BOTHER GIVING ME FEEDBACK ABOUT THE MATTER. I'VE BEEN GOING UP AND DOWN, CALLING BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I ALSO TOLD THEM TO REMOVE BUNDLES BECAUSE I DONT NEED THEM AND THEY END UP EXPIRING BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I'M LOSING R300 EACH AND EVERY MONTH FOR THIS THING WHICH REALLY FRUSTRATES ME. I'M NOW LOSING INTEREST WITH VODACOM BECAUSE OF THIS THING.
