It appears that vodacom does not understand what I am trying to relay to them!
The attachment sent to me on my private e-mail address only indicates where approximately R250 of the missing R500 was used according to their records.
Please note that I purchased more than R500 worth of airtime that I attempted to convert / purchase data bundles with!
Due to your vodacom4me website being defective / incapable of processing the request or what ever other reason I could not purchase the bundles initially.
To be exact I purchased 2 x airtime packages / vouchers of R275 each - thus a total of R550.
Please attend to this matter and rectify as soon as possible.
