I have a top up contract with Vodacom for while now which includes the sms bundles, for last month and this month i didn't receive the sms bundles only the airtime. i contacted vodacom customer care and i was told that it will be sorted, today i received a sms informing me that my sms bundles are being allocated but nothing has happened. i need to know what will happen to the sms bundles as to this day i haven't received anything from Vodacom, will i be compensated or what will happen as my account is already debited for this.
