Very unhappy after upgrade via vodacom direct

I am paying for the BIS which I'm not supposed to. I have upgraded my contract to Top up 200 on Samsung S3 which does not come with BIS but I'm being charged for BIS. Furthermore, I got my airtime on the 1st and my 250 MB, and the new contract was kicking in on the day. When i tried to download all the apps on the samsung it depleted all my airtime as well as the data all within 3 hrs. I only made one call which lasterd for less thasn 3 minutes when I received my airtime and the next thing it was gone. When I called to find out what is happening they told me that it was the automatic updates that were running inm the background that have depleted my airtime. Nobody told me that there would be any auto updates. So, I told them I will use my blackberry and want them to give me the package that is on special now. where the client pays R239 for the airtime and free BIS. Njongo told me that he will waive the BIS subscription and refund me the R59 that I have been charged this month. What I know is that if a query is logged, i get a confirmation sms to that effect. I am still waiting!!! I called to try and get a ref: number and no one could pick up any request logged on the system.
