Re - query/complaint - Vuyisile Justine Dlamini -
Can you kindly assist me in resolving this query / complaint
February 2010 up until February 2012. I had a Vodacom contract for my modem. In the beginning of 2012 when my contract was about to expire, a consultant from Vodacom called me to advise me that my contract will expire soon, and he/she said they were going to upgrade my modem, and give me a new one.

The consultant further told me that I will now pay les than what I was paying.
That time I was paying R129. p/m and it came with limited data bundles of which if I run out of bundles I had to purchase extra, but it would not grant me excess to internet.
On the new contract I was told that I was now going to pay R99. p/m which was less than what I was paying initially, so I agreed.

A new 3G was delivered to me within a short space of time; however my account was debited with -R400.instead of R99. This was not what I agreed to on the phone. I therefore put a stop on this debit and the bank returned the debit order back to Vodacom. as in my understanding Vodacom had contravened the contract

I later realised that Vodacom handed me over i have an Adverse
