Contract upgrade

I got a lot of sms-es in connection with the the upgrade from the top 75s to smart s contract, unfortunately I did not really sign up for this upgrade, this means that someone used my details, idon't know how.

The frustrating part is that I have tried to contact vodacom online number 082 17844 and was transfered to ''Phindile" apparently was responsible for the contract upgrade, she told me that Vodacom will follow up on this matter but I have not recieved any call or SMS to show that the matter is being followed. According to Phindile (at the call center), the cellphone for the upgrade was delivered in Gauteng but I am in KZN and the contract is worth R349.

My problem is that the Data bundles, Airtime, and 200 SMSes are coming to my number but I did not recieve the Phone which is part of the upgrade (I did not sign up for the upgrade anyway). This means who ever signed up for this is actually getting away with the Cellphone but I personally had nothing to do with the upgrade and am not prepared to pay for this but it currently seems as if I have no choice but to pay.

The other frustrating part is that I cant make any phone calls beacuse I will be using the contract benefits
