I called the Vodacom customer care line. I spoke to an agent by the name of Ben. I clearly stated to him that i wanted to transfer my airtime to sms bundles and he gave me internet bundles. I phone again to tell them that they gave me the wrong bundles and they told me they are unreversable. I want my airtime back or my sms bundles. I'm a loyal customer of Vodacom and I am dissapointed about this is this is the first time it happened to me. I've always been receiving the best services from Vodacom
