Vodacom
Whats the deal of a phone contract

I have had a contract with vodacom for almost 2 years now, now is the time for me to upgrade and the stories begin

now if i want to take a phone i need to pay in the phone price and then only pay for the package each month

what is this

i mean really, now they tell me its my other debt that puts me back and not allowing me to upgrade

so what vodacom is actually telling me is that: thatnks for paying for almost 2 years but sorry you cant upgrade

and what does my other debt have to do with vodacom

my account has become more the last 3 months, but no they dont see it that way.

i have 4 lines with vodacom, i wil close all of them and move to MTN because they never have such problems
