Incorrect airtime balance, no sensible explanation

I'm a Top 315s customer and this means that Vodacom credits my account with R315 airtime at the start of a new month. Yesterday morning (1 Nov), my balance was R399, 17 which included R84, 17 carried over from October. I've also added 200 SMS bundles to my package thus SMS' dont get billed from airtime, however, I buy 250 MB or 500 MB data bundles with airtime whenever my data gets used up, I also use wi-fi for most of the day from Mon - Fri as I'm in the office during that time. Yesterday I didnt make any calls neither did I buy data as I had positive data balance. This morning I received an SMS that I had 3MB left in my account and when I tried to top up, I was horrified that my airtime balance was R236, 52. When I called Vodacom customer care to enquire, I was advised by Andile in customer care that the R162, 65 (R399, 17 - R236, 52) was for internet usage. I then advised Andile that his explanation was nonsensical as I always keep a positive data balance and use wi-fi during office hours on Mon-Fri. With respect to Andile, I demand a sensible explanation from Vodacom and a refund of my airtime as Andile's story does not hold water. It's and unethical business conduct by Vodaco
