On the 27/06/2013 at 17:45 I checked my airtme balance and was shocked by the balance. I immediately called the callcentre to enquire and was told that there were 3 internet transactions that happened a few minutes before my call. They asked me what sites was I on and I told them I do not use internet on my phone as I have 24hr access to it via a 3G card and internet is free on my contract. I also told them the time that those transactions happened I was busy on Watsapp on my phone. I asked them if they cannot reverse those transactions since it was a long way to the 21st to be without airtime and was told that my complaint can only be attended to after the billing is done on the 21st therefore I will just have to wait. I told them that they can see my previous months airtime usage that this never happened and whenever they load my airtime the balance is more than enough to carry me into the next month. I am therefore asking Hellopeter to intervene because MTN is supposed to be technologically advance to help solve such issues, I should not suffer unnecessarily.
