I called the call centre a few minutes ago to enquire as to where I should take my BlackBerry Z10 as the speaker is distorting. I was not impressed with the attitude that I received from Tsepiso.
She was giving me answers like they don't manufacture the phones but BlackBerry does. I asked her to give me a hearing as she did not want to give me a chance to speak. Firstly one should listen to the customer's needs then identify the problem and then give a solution NOT A PROBLEM. Three simple steps in CUSTOMER CARE INDUSTRY.
This phone is not even three months old. When I enquired about a loan phone, I was told that Cell does not give loan phones. So I should stay without a phone for a month. I'm paying Cell C not BlackBerry is what I told Tsepiso. I must say I'm disgusted and called back to speak to a team leader, Ref 1306270000248435.
I would like to know the way forward and if I do not get any satisfaction then I will take this matter further.
I WAS TOLD THAT A TEAM LEADER IS ON A CALL AND THAT WAS MORE THEN 30 MINUTES AGO.
