Lying about expiry date of free airtime

I got a sms saying that my BIS will expire after 48 hours so I should have R60 airtime so that it will be renewed automatically. Yesterday I bought R50 and R10 airtime and I got 50% free airtime which expire on 06/07/2013 for R50 airtime and 07/07/2013 for R10 airtime. I had a balance of Approximately R1, 30 before I recharge in total I have R91, 30. I made a mtn to mtn phone call before I sleep and I was left with R90, 80. This morning I wokeup this morning and made a mtn to mtn call after I checked my balance and it was R58.78. I call customer service n they told me tht free airtime expired last night at 23:59 and that I used internet service that is no covered by my BIS, when I asked whatsapp is the name of that internet service she said its MTN. I did not get the answer of what happened so I called again n a defferent lady answered and told me a different story thath I used my free airtime on internet and when I made a call last night the charges were not covered by free airtime.
